Nuance Nook – Store Policy

1. Order Processing

• All RTW orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces require 14-30+ business days depending on design complexity.

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required before order processing begins.

• We accept secure payments via approved platforms (card, transfer, or payment gateway).

• Prices are listed in ₦ (Naira) & Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Nationwide delivery within Nigeria: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

• International shipping: 5–10 business days depending on location.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics delays beyond our control.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once orders are dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges only for:

• Wrong item sent

• Defective products

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• The item is unavailable

• We are unable to fulfill your order

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Custom Orders

• Measurements provided by customers must be accurate.

• NuanceNook is not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements.

• Minor design variations may occur as each piece is uniquely crafted.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of payment.

• Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Product Care

• Care instructions are provided for each garment.

• Improper care may damage the fabric, and Nuance Nook will not be held responsible.

9. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication.

• We do not share personal data with third parties.
